Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy

Our goal is your total satisfaction. Sometimes this isn’t possible, and when you are unsatisfied with a product, we need to cover both you as our valued client, our suppliers and lastly ourselves as a company. Therefore we have set about the following rules and procedures.
If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within the return period and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. It’s that simple. You must however contact us prior to returning the product to provide us with your reasons and allow us to authorize your return.

Your refund will be promptly processed when we have confirmed that your returned item met our requirements and is in our possession.

Limitations and Return Period

Returns of all products must be made within 7 days of purchase.
All items get checked and if need be tested before being packed and handed over to our couriers. There is no reason why any item should be faulty but in the event that something is faulty or you are unsatisfied please contact us immediately to get the return process started.
Items like high-end guitars, amps, speakers and recording equipment are often sold on consignment and we only take a small commission on the sale, the owner of these products will be paid after 7 days from date of sale so it is extremely important that any issues be reported ASAP so we can take it up with them before we transfer their funds. After 7 days we will assume you have tested your product and you are happy with it and we end our agreement with the original owner.

Return in Person to Avoid Shipping Charges

Items purchased directly from our premises or online can be returned to us in person to prevent shipping charges for your account. If you are from another province and are unsure if the parts will fit your guitar or are unsure of the condition of a used item or do not feel comfortable making an online purchase without trying the product first please do not proceed with the purchase. It is important that you check measurements of the guitar parts and measure it against your guitar as there is not “One size fits all”

Items like pickguards, bone nuts and cavity covers often need some degree of “retrofitting” to be compatible with your guitar. Even big brands like Fender, Gibson, etc. have changed specs on their guitars throughout the years, like the positioning of mounting screw holes, etc. so even though all our pickguards made according to Fender USA spec, this just means it is the most common layout used by the particular brand that can be offered as an after market replacement.

Abuse of Return Privileges

Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong piece of gear or parts that do not work with their guitar. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that have no defects whilst claiming they do, purchasing items to use temporarily with intent to return to save money from renting an item, returning products that are damaged due to the customers negligence, etc. If you ordered parts and they don’t fit, you can return them but if you paid for us to ship them to you, this shipping costs is not refundable, the return shipping is also on your account so please make sure you check all the correct sizes, etc. before ordering.
Email us to obtain a return authorization.

Cash Refund Policy:

We do not carry cash, all refunds will be done either via reversing your credit card payment or via EFT transfer to your bank account or by giving you a coupon code to use for your next order.
