Karman pickups are high quality pickups that come to the consumer at an affordable price, now you can upgrade your entry level standard guitar pickups with something that sounds great without breaking the bank.
Karman KS35 pickups are high quality AlNiCo 5 single coil electric guitar pickups in our Standard series, we saved costs by using plastic bobbins as apposed to vulcanized fibre and plastic hookup leads as apposed to braided cloth wire as these 2 factors do not contribute much to over-all sound but do affect the manufacturing costs quite a bit (if you want vulcanized fibre bobbins and cloth wire please see either our Classic Pro or Vintage Pro pickups). These pickups still have good quality copper coil wire, quality Alnico magnets and workmanship that our Pro series have.
KS35 Specification:
Classic voiced pickups with a slightly hotter output, nice chimey highs but a bit more mid-range punch than your average classic Strat style single coil. The bridge is slightly over wound to make it hotter and more suitable for over-drive and distortion.
Middle pickup is reversed wound
-Magnet: Alnico V magnets, staggered pole pieces. This is a modern stagger, not vintage stagger, so pole pieces are staggered to be perfctly balanced on a 9.5″ neck radius which most modern stratocaster guitars have.
-Pickup cover: White, Black or Cream available
-Screws and Springs included.
Neck: 6.5K 3.4H 50mm string spacing
Middle: 6.5K 3.4H 50mm string spacing
Bridge: 7.2K 4.0H 52mm string spacing
